My friends' husband Sid Matos is quite the talented chef. So when he asked that I take some photos to promote his new catering venture, there was no hesitation on my part. Sid hails from the Amazon, and I knew he'd be utilizing ingredients that come directly from the jungles of which he was born. While I had no doubt that his culinary skills were on par with some of the better chefs in NYC, I was pleasantly surprised by his talent for creative plating techniques. Obrigado, Mr. Matos!
