Certified Angus Beef Dinner w/ Craig Deihl

After shooting much of the James Beard Foundation's pop-up restaurant at Chelsea Market over the last couple of months, I was asked to photograph Certified Angus Beef's dinner with Craig Deihl, executive chef of Charleston's Cypress. Deihl was recently the recipient of a prestigious James Beard Foundation nomination for Best Chef - Southeast.
