Published: Edible Manhattan, "The Alcohol Issue"

Check out this great article by Jessie Cacciola in the first Edible Manhattan of 2011 (with photos by yours truly). The assignment brought me to the first legal distillery in Port Chester, New York. Owned by Ed Tiedge, a former banker, Still-the-One distillery has created a rather tasty (and unique) product - Gin & Vodka made from Florida orange-blossom honey.
