In Montauk, with Sue Williams

About a week ago I was asked by a dear friend/ultra-talented journalist, Michael Spies, to photograph an artist he was writing a piece on for the Village Voice. The artist...Brooklyn based, "controversial" painter - Sue Williams. The location... her and her husband Girard's charming Montauk, NY summer home. Sue was beyond sweet, a pleasure to work with, and I thank her dearly for enduring a 1 and 1/2 hour photo shoot (indoors) on one of the most beautiful days of the summer. Keep an eye out for me and Michael's first collaborative piece in early September...
